Booking Service

What is it?

Our dedicated Booking Service can provide a full service for booking health outreach programmes including NHS Health Checks. We have the facility to contact residents by phone and by post to book them in for appointments.

Our staff are trained to pre-screen callers for conditions that preclude them from taking part in such health checks which will save you time! In addition, to ensure that residents attend their appointments, a confirmation text is sent to them once their appointment has been confirmed and on the day of the appointment.
